- LETTERBOX

- This program is freely distributable as long as this textfile
- remains intact and comes along with the main program. No profit
- is to be made from this program by anyone apart from the author.
-
- About the Program:-
- Letterbox is a desktop video program which displays the
- black strips above and below the picture like you find on films
- in letterbox format. This is most useful for making your own
- home-videos look more cinematic. If you were making a spaghetti
- western with your home camcorder, this would give a more realistic
- effect.
- This effect could be achieved on Dpaint in overscan mode and
- drawing black strips right up to the top and down to the bottom,
- but it is long-winded and this is easier. It loads quicker too.
-
- How to use it:-
- Easy. Load it, left button starts and right button finishes.
- Right button can exit early, if you forgot to put your genlock in.
